How the Procedure Works
Before the Procedure:
Before starting Vtone treatment, you’ll have a consultation with one of our providers to determine if this treatment is right for you.
During your consultation, we will:

We’ll also provide pre-treatment instructions to ensure the best results:
- Avoid using any vaginal products 48 hours before your appointment
- Refrain from sexual activity the day prior to treatment
- Inform us of any medications or health conditions that may affect treatment
During the Procedure:
- The Vtone applicator is inserted into the vaginal canal. It delivers gentle electrical muscle stimulation to target and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.
- Each session lasts approximately 20–30 minutes and is comfortable, with most patients experiencing a mild tingling or muscle contraction sensation.
- The treatment is non-invasive and does not require anesthesia or topical numbing.
After the Procedure:
- You can resume your daily activities immediately after your appointment.
- There is no downtime, though some patients may experience mild muscle soreness, which typically resolves within a day.
