What Can I Expect from JUVÉDERM?
JUVÉDERM treatments usually take around 15 – 30 minutes, depending on how many areas are being injected. We'll clean your skin, then mark the injection sites. JUVÉDERM fillers contain a numbing agent to reduce discomfort. You may go back to your normal routine after the procedure, but strenuous activities, like exercise, should be avoided for at least a day. You should also avoid putting your hands on your face to avoid massaging the gel into other areas.
You will likely see improvements immediately following your treatment, but you may also have some slight bruising or swelling in the treated areas for 7 – 10 days. JUVÉDERM injection results are typically visible for 12 to 18 months. We'll help you plan follow-up sessions at Spencer Wellness Centre to maintain your results.

For over 10 years I was on a search for some help, because I knew something was off. I even went to an Endocrinologist in the city, who has a good reputation, and she definitely did not hear me nor did she take the tests and I thought that she had taken to truly look at my hormones. when I went to her specifically asking for my hormones to be checked. At my initial appointment with Linda Spenser. They gave me a book to read. You would’ve thought someone was reading my diary. It’s 100% accurate and it’s truly a shame.
