"Spencer Wellness and Casi Norman have been life changing for me! After seeing my OBGYN for years after having a full hysterectomy, my hormone concerns were always met with an increase in my estrogen pills. The first time I visited Spencer Wellness, my bloodwork showed that my estrogen levels were 6 times what they should be. This resulted in a constant feeling of horrible PMS. After meeting with Casi, she was able to help lower those levels and balance my hormones in a way no other medical professional had ever been able to do! I feel like my old self again, and that’s directly a result of my experience with Spencer Wellness! I can’t recommend them enough!"

"Tierney Lara NP is excellent. She listens intently. My thyroid has always been hard to regulate. I’ve gone to numerous MD’s and specialists. They would never try anything except generic synthroid. She has changed my meds a few times and found two meds that work together perfectly for me. We check levels every 6 months to make sure it stays in normal range. She checks vitamins and hormones and keeps all that balanced as well. I am just so thankful that someone recommended Spencer Wellness to me. Going there has changed my life!"

"For over 10 years I was on a search for some help, because I knew something was off. I even went to an Endocrinologist in the city, who has a good reputation, and she definitely did not hear me nor did she take the tests and I thought that she had taken to truly look at my hormones. when I went to her specifically asking for my hormones to be checked. "All prescriptions you take, there are side effects and some react differently than others. I've had to wait too but it's hard telling what conversations are going on behind close doors. Staff could be more understanding of patients being sensitive due to our current situations but some of these things take time. I had several symptoms after having my 1st pellet appointment but it was nothing that isn't expected. Continuing the treatment is what helps and she has done the right thing for me. "
